Creola's 'swamp' collection of hot sauce was created from a father and son’s love of hot peppers and passion to create a more flavorful hot sauce with the spirit of the Louisiana swamplands.
Dewey Crosby Jr, a proud New Orleanian, always loved hot sauce, and sharing the 'joy' of his creations. With this in mind he always kept a bottle with a clean spoon in his desk to test on his colleagues, but his main 'guinea pig' was always his son, Dewey III.
Dewey III has never forgotten the joy of creating hot sauce with his dad, now sadly passed, and over the years has worked on his own range of hot sauces. After receiving so much positive feedback such as "Dewey this has heat and great flavor" he decided to share his hot sauces with the world.
There are currently five sauces that range in heat:
Egret Regret
Boar Breath
Gator Grin
Bear Claw
Snake Bite
The sauces are made from very simple ingredients: simply a range of different peppers, vinegar, salt, onions, garlic and water with no artifical flavors and no sugar added.
